A forest on the top of a hill enfolds together the two main spaces of the hotel: the public and the private.

The public areas are all arranged on, inside and by the hill, allowing only minimum divisions between them. The design offers a new public square with restaurant, café, shops, auditorium and music history gallery, all in front of the hotel, making it a lively public space, not only for the hotel guests - thus a new, significant source of income for the hotel.

The private, relaxing, skylights let pool and spa area, available for hotel guests only, is located adjacent to the lobby, behind a glass façade. A wooden ramp is stretching along this area, allowing various looks on the pool and public areas, towards an exit to the top of the hill, hosting a splendid forest view, an open air theatre for summer concerts, and unique children’s playground slides.

The guests’ elevators, separating the lobby and the pool, taking the guests to the private area, on the tree top – the rooms, all of them facing north or south, enjoying the sea view or the forest scenic and southern sun, private verandas and skylights.
