עירוב שימושים: מבני מגורים, מסחר, תרבות ובית מלון מקיפים את הכיכר ויוצקים לתוכה פעילות לאורך כל שעות היום והלילה. רחבת הזיכרון מלווה את המבט לנוף המפרץ. Mixed use: Residental, public, cultural buildings and a hotel surrounds the square and --- activity through day and night. The memory plaza accompanies the view towards the bay.

Haifa's new culture square, Israel

The project connects Hadar Hacarmel's mountain step and Haifa's downtown, with an urban mixed use, thus aiming to create a new physical and functional urban sequence, to validate the historical connection between the sea and the mountain and to initiate a positive chain reaction in the next-door neighborhoods.
The purposed path is a part of an urban pedestrian system that connects the sea and the mountain. The path descends from the Science museum ("Technoda") to the city square, Haifa's new cultural center. The path goes through Haifa's new museum of contemporary art, built on the mountain side, and connects to Ma'aleh Hashichrur st. of Vadi Salid.

הפרויקט מחבר בין מדרגת הדר הכרמל לעיר התחתית בחיפה, תוך עירוב שימושים עירוניים, ובכך מבקש ליצור רצף פיזי ותפקודי עירוני חדש, לתת תוקף משמעותי לקשר ההיסטורי הר וים, ולחולל תגובת שרשרת חיובית בשכונות הסמוכות.
השביל המוצע הוא חלק ממערכת תנועת רגל עירונית הקושרת הר לים. מהטכנודע יורד השביל אל כיכר העיר, מרכז התרבות החדש של חיפה. השביל עובר דרך מבנה מוזיאון חיפה החדש לאומנות עכשווית, שנבנה בדופן ההר, ומתחבר לרחוב מעלה השחרור שבואדי סאליב.
