In a place where two neighborhoods don't meet, we purpose to built a bridge. It is a cable-stayed bridge, situated a little far from the road and over the mountain slope, thus creating a walk between land and sky. It expands when needed, allowing various activities such as playgrounds, sports, a walking path, an outdoor theater. Its ending points are crucial. In the lower part a local playground is designed, one which the adjacent neighborhood lacks. On the upper part it connects directly to the restaurant and funicular.

The design purpose a new unique promenade. On one hand it is of a local nature but on the other, it can be of a great urban importance. The white bridge with the green mountain on the background will create a new symbol and a new entrance to the city.
